Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

1. Email support@noxuy.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Once we receive the item, refunds process in 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items may not be eligible unless defective. Contact us first — we'll always find a fair solution.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace or refund immediately — no return shipping required in most cases.
